Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In the present case, the petitioner is aggrieved against his transfer from Nawada to Khagaria.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is premature transfer causing a great hurdle to him as he has two small kids and he has been posted at Khagaria and, at the same time, he has filed a representation to the respondent no.2. Further he has submitted that the petitioner has already joined the post.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7533 of 2020(2) dt.15-09-2020 2/2 Let the respondent no. 2 consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. If the petitioner would find aggrieved, he will be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

With this observation and direction, the present petition is disposed of.
