The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.304 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners assaulted the wife, daughter, brother and father of the informant with Lathi, Danda and iron rod causing serious injuries to them, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their application for pre-arrest bail is rejected.
