Counsel for the State and informant are present. It has been informed by the counsel for the State that supplementary affidavit has been filed by which it transpires that police has submitted the final form.

Counsel for the informant submits that even after filing the final form by the police, the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, has taken cognizance deferring with the report of the final form. He submits that in this regard this case becomes infructuous, but, since petitioner is not present, therefore, being a last indulgence time is being granted.

Put up this case on 4th May, 2023.

If no one will appear on behalf of the petitioners on the said date, the order shall be passed.
