Versus The State of Bihar & Ors.) and from the show cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that after consideration for various reasons, as are indicated therein, the respondents have taken a decision, now in this contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.4441 of 2014 (8) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 proceedings, no further action is required to be taken. In case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the manner in which consideration is made and the case is decided, it gives a fresh cause to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance, but not to initiate an action for contempt.
