The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 451 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of I.T. Act.

The police got information that a gang involved in cheating innocent people in the name of 'Inaam Pao'. Police arrested four accused persons namely, Sonu Kumar, Rikesh Kumar @ Chhotu, Lallu Kumar and Dharmvir Kumar who disclosed the name of petitioner and seven other accused persons who managed to flee away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18056 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Save and except disclosure made by the co-accused persons in their confession, the police did not collect other material during investigation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 451 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Nalanda at Biharsharif or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
