Mr.Mithlesh Kumar Khare, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is the second application for grant of bail.

2. Vide order dated 21.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21213 of 2021, earlier the prayer for grant of bail was rejected by this Court as withdrawn.

3. Considering the fact that the trial has commenced and out of five witnesses, evidence of one witness has been closed and remaining four is going on. I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

4. The Sr.S.P., Patna is directed to produce all the prosecution witnesses on each and every date fixed by the learned trial court to get the witnesses examined. He must also ensure that an Officer not below the rank of the Inspector to be
