That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order (s), direction (s) for direction to the respondent authorities to produce the selection letter of respondent no.6 (namely Smt. Priyanka Kumari) who has illegally been selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika of Ward No.1 in Sonbarsa Panchayat and petitioner further prays for quashing the abovesaid selection letter of respondent No. 6 as Anganbari Sevika
Patna High Court CWJC No.11185 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 and further respondents be directed to consider the case of petitioner for selection on the post of Anganbari Sevika of Ward No.1 in Sonbarsa Panchayat as she has more marks than respondent no.6 and to grant any other consequential relief (s) for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
