The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.342 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 466 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code,. Allegation has been made that petitioner has given a forged transfer certificate giving his date of birth. It has been issued for the purposes of declaring him as juvenile. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that person has been declared juvenile on the basis of the medical board and not on the basis of the certificate but he has denied the issuance of the certificate. He further submits that finding of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20848 of 2017 (4) dt.07-07-2017 the medical board and certificate tally to each other. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
