The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sakatpur P.S. Case No.79 of 2013 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused, Pawan Poddar but the police filed requisition only on 22.12.2017 after more than four years of the institution of the case for issuance of warrant against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Pawan Poddar disclosed that he purchased three idols from the petitioner and others.

No.17827 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No.79 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.3609 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
