Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pahar Katta P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019 for the offence under section 25(1-b)/1 and 26 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that allegation against this petitioner is that a country made pistol with live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
