JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or direction upon the respondents to release the dues salary from February, 2000 till the retirement of the Petitioner i.e. 31.08.2011 in terms of order dated 16.10.2012 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 12888 of 2004 and analogous cases which has also been affirmed by the Division Bench, Presiding over the Hon'ble Chief Justice and the Hon'ble
Patna High Court CWJC No.20446 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 Mr. Justice Ashwani Kumar Singh, passed in L.P.A. No. 462 of 2013 and analogous appeals on 18.06.2014 and directed the respondents to make payment of entire admitted dues of the petitioners of those cases and the same shall carry interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum from the date the amounts became due till the date of the payment is made to them and the said writ petition was disposed off with similar direction as passed by earlier Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 223 of 2001 on 19.8.2009 or any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is entitled to."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
