The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016 registered under Sections 376, 511, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the informant supplied some cosmetic items and sarees to the petitioners, which was not up to the mark and found defective, so petitioners made complain. Due to that reason, the informant has falsely implicated the petitioners and others in the case. Moreover, both the parties have already compromised the case.
