The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
