2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case no. 362/2024 dated21.11.2024 for the offences under section(s) 140(2), 61(2), 3(5) of B.N.S and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. According to allegation, the petitioner in conspiracy with the alleged kidnapped person Sintu Kumar, who is also an accused in the present case, falsely implicated the agnates of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Kashi Devi and Mintu Kumari, (mother and sister of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23514 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 the alleged kidnapped), who were said to have complicity in the alleged occurrence, have been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 16.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 18722 of 2025. The petitioner is under custody since 22-112024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case no. 362/2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
