2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 379, 411/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected vide order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 64219 of 2024.

4. The report of the Superintendent of Police, Purnea shows that in the trial five witnesses have already been examined.

5. Since, the trial is proceeding, I am not inclined to
