Learned counsel for the State submits on the basis of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, particularly that of opposite party No.5 that the enquiry was completed by the District Magistrate, Munger which was followed by him by order dated 13.1.2014 and thereafter the amount determining therein has also been paid to the petitioner.
In the aforesaid circumstances, no case remains for
