This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2001 registered under section 302 IPC.

It is evident from Annexure-1 that the application for grant of anticipatory bail was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 24.10.2002. It further appears from the impugned order that in the year 2007 itself the court had taken cognizance in the matter.

On going through the allegation contained in the FIR, the incriminating materials reflecting from the impugned order as also the fact that the application for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier permitted to be withdrawn, I am
