2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The SHO of Danapur Police Station and I.O. of the Danapur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024 have appeared. The SHO has informed this Court that the victim has not been recovered. He has further submitted that one of the girl who has been recovered has identified the missing girl from the photograph
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 26213 of 2025(5) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 that she was travelling with her. From the mobile location of the petitioner, it has come that she was also travelling with the victim.
5. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2024. She is involved in human trafficking for marriage.
6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is dismissed.
7. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pinki vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Anr. reported as 2025 SCC OnLine SC 781, the trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial within six months.
8. The SHO and the I.O. of the case will get the trial concluded as per the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pinki (supra).
9. Since the case has been disposed of, the appearance of the SHO of Danapur Police Station and I.O. of the case is hereby dispensed with.
