JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioners in support of the present writ petition, though the name of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners is printed in the daily cause list.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that, in view of passage of time, the present matter has become infructuous.
On going through the records, this Court finds that the petitioners have sought for a direction restraining the respondents especially respondent nos.2 and 3 from interfering with the affairs of petitioner no.1 in view of the agreement of lease dated 09.10.2003 for a period of 11 years.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4990 of 2011 (5) dt.22-06-2015 Admittedly, the period of lease is over.
