In this case the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 for offence under Sections 384, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

An allegation has been made that the accused persons came to the house of the Informant and asked him to withdraw the case. On refusal, an allegation has been made that the petitioner, Guddu Kumar took out a pistol from his waist and fired upon him. There is a specific against the petitioner Guddu Kumar. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26844 of 2016 (2) dt.04-07-2016 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Guddu Kumar is rejected.
