JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 This is an application for modification of order dated 03.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22955 of 2015. Vide order dated 03.09.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 22955 of 2015 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have not surrendered in the court below within the time stipulated in the said order on the ground as mentioned in the present application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 03.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22955 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender in the court below within three weeks from today.
