2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS G.R. Case No. 63 of 2026 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 106 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b) (ii)(b), 23(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 1.950 Kg. of Ganja from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
