The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 467 of 2017 for offences under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a Coordinate Bench this court had occasion to examine the case of similarly circumstanced co-accused Kavita Kumari in Cr. Misc. No. 12225 of 2018 and by order dated 27.2.2018 she was granted anticipatory bail. The case of the petitioners of this case is also similar. Against these two petitioners also there is no recovery.

In view of the aforesaid on the ground of parity, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13844 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No. 467 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
