JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Anil Kumar Upadhyay, learned SC No. 20, at the very outset submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. He makes a prayer for transferring the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
