2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of a land dispute. There is a case and counter case between the parties and in any event all the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S.
