Considering that there is sharp cutting injury, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may surrender before the court below and prays for regular by filing application for regular bail which shall be appropriately disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the refusal of the anticipatory bail by this court. The petitioner shall be at liberty to make submission that the nature of injury is simple which shall be considered by the court below while deciding the application for regular bail.
