Learned G.P.-7 appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in para 7 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.3, 4 and 5, submits that in view of the fact that the work has already been completed the present matter has become infructuous and no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present proceeding. He appears to be correct.
