====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-02-2022 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, through through Video Conferencing.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Srinagar (Pujaha) Police Station Case No. 83 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 448, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and the members of the petitioner's side have also sustained injuries. He has also submitted that the injuries on all the injured persons are simple

Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mirtyunjay Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Srinagar (Pujha) Police Station Case No. 83 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
