The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.05.2018. He further submits that basically the dispute is in relation to execution of sale deed and petitioner has received consideration money but refused to execute sale deed. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29211 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 with the condition that petitioner shall not alienate immovable property during the pendency of the criminal case without the prior permission of the Court.
