JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard Sri Mahesh Narayan Parbat, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to SC No. 3. The present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land ) Act 1961, which is a scheduled Act under the provision of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The Bihar Land Tribunal constituted under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 is already functioning.

The court considers that this dispute can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
