It has been submitted that due to inadvertence, father's name of petitioner No.1, Bahadur Yadav @ Bahadur Kumar, has not been mentioned in the Cause Title of the order dated 04.09.2017 by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail.

In view of such, Cause Title of the order dated 04.09.2017 is modified to the extent that father's name of petitioner No.1, Bahadur Yadav @ Bahadur Kumar, be read as "Dipali Yadav".

Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.08 of 2017.
