JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 6.7.2013 passed by the District Magistrate, Beguarai in Misc. Appeal No.83 of 2012 affirming the order dated 11.6.2012 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Bakhri cancelling his PDS licence. The petitioner submits that the own letter of the licensing authority dated 20.2.2013 would suggest that the allegations against the petitioner is substantially incorrect. The petitioner next submits that a copy of the enquiry report and the complaint filed by the consumer has not been supplied to him. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order dated 6.7.2013 passed by the District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15895 of 2013 (2) dt.11-09-2015 Beguarai in Misc. Appeal No.83 of 2012 affirming the order dated 11.6.2012 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bakhri are set aside with liberty to the licensing authority to proceed afresh after supplying a copy of the enquiry report and the complaint to the petitioner, who would appear before him within four weeks from today.
