This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014, disclosing offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is said to be the last seen with the deceased.
Considering the gravity of the offence and nature of allegation against the petitioner, coupled with the fact that his custodial interrogation may be needed.
Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.
