The petitioner invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has prayed for directing the Respondents to run Aanganbari Centre in selected place as per Annexure-1 to the writ petition Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has been filed by the petitioner before the authority concerned, particularly the C.D.P.O., Ladania, DistrictMadhubani vide Annexure-7 to the writ petition, however no decision has been taken on the representation of the petitioner. On perusal of the writ petition, the Court is of the opinion

Patna High Court CWJC No.4931 of 2011 (3) dt.23-06-2015 that keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has not showed any locus of presenting the writ petition, no positive order can be passed by this Court in the writ petition, particularly in view of relief sought for. However, if so advised, the petitioner may approach the authority concerned.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
