1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-28.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the instant contempt application has been filed for initiating proceeding of contempt against the contemner O.Ps for violating the order dated 21.01.2025 in CWJC No.210/2025. It is next submitted that CWJC No.210/2025 was disposed of by an order dated 21.01.2025 with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Begusarai with all relevant documents raising the grievance as raised in the writ application for redressal on or before 04.02.2025 and the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Begusarai was directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days in accordance with law.
3. It is submitted that the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Begusarai in compliance of the order dated 21.01.2025 in CWJC No.210/2025 has disposed of the representation of the petitioner by an order dated 02.05.2025.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and thus seeks
Patna High Court MJC No.1361 of 2025(4) dt.04-07-2025 3/3 permission to withdraw the instant contempt application with liberty to assail the order dated 02.05.2025 passed by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Begusarai.
