This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.88758 of 2024, whereby the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court with certain conditions. 3.

It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the address of the petitioner the name of Police Station has been mentioned as "Maanpur" instead of "Madanpur". Similarly, in the condition part of paragraph no.7 of the order dated 22.03.2025, it has been mentioned that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in "Maanpur Police Station, Patna" though it should have been "Madanpur Police Station, Aurangabad".

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.88758 of 2024 is modified to the extent that in the address of the petitioner, the words "P.S.- Maanpur" shall be read as "P.S.- Madanpur" and similarly, in the condition part of paragraph no.7 of the order, the words "Maanpur Police Station, Patna" shall be read as "Madanpur Police Station, Aurangabad".

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
