JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned AC to GA No. 13 as well as learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 and 6, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of Bihar Tenants' Holdings (Maintenance of Records) Act, 1973, which is a scheduled Act, under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Accordingly, a prayer is being made for transferring the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners was not opposed by learned counsel for the private respondents.

Accordingly, in view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.339 of 2011 (4) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
