2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 337, 504, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 90 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated as the parties are relatives
4. Considering, however that the injury report of the informant's father discloses the head injury for which he was referred to Sadar Hospital, Jamui, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
