Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.694 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, allegation against the petitioner is that he had earlier not deposited the folder relating to appointment, for which another case has been filed for the same but he has got re-employment in the Department without disclosing the above fact.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in earlier case he has already been granted bail and the authorities had knowledge about the same.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Judicial Magistrate -1, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.694 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
