Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. One Ashish Kumar has taken away the victim girl. The victim girl has not supported the prosecution case. Ashish Kumar has been granted regular bail by the Court below. The petitioners are the relatives of said Ashish Kumar.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Shambhuganj P.S.
