consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

At, the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ram Naresh Sharma, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna.

Having regard to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna for redressal of his grievances.
