Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 618/2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, later on Section 302 I.P.C. was added.

Having regard to the report received from the learned A.D.J. - IXth, Buxar, since the prosecution evidence is almost closed and the trial is likely to be concluded soon, in the given facts and circumstances of the case, considering the seriousness of the allegations and the reasons shown in the earlier rejection order dated 07.10.2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
