2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 586 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the IPC.
3. In compliance of order dated 19.06.2024, the Investigating Officer of this case is present in the Court. His physical appearance is dispensed with.
4. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he ordered Satya Narayan Yadav to kill the informant whereupon Satyanarayan Yadav assaulted the informant with knife. Further allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted father of the informant with knife on his neck.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegations are false and fabricated. There is land dispute
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27361 of 2024(4) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 between the parties. There is allegation against the petitioner that he inflicted knife blows on the person of father of the informant but despite repeated requisitions and reminders sent by the investigating authorities, no response has been received from Darbhanga Medical College Hospital.
6. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 586 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
