Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.3 to 5, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on their behalf, submits that the order impugned is appealable and on that ground alone the writ petition is liable to be dismissed in view of the judicial pronouncements of the Hon'ble Apex Court.
Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
The order of stay passed on 11.05.2011 by a Bench of this Court stands vacated.
