The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to grant M.A.C.P. to the petitioner by calculating the work charge period with regular work charge period and give the consequent benefit to the petitioner and fixed the pensionary benefits thereupon."
