JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned A.P.P.

The petitioners want to renew their prayer for pre-arrest bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 19.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14398 of 2017, on the ground that now the case has been compromised and the compromise petition has been filed. Good sense has prevailed between the parties and both parties are living peacefully.

The learned A.P.P. submits that on merit the pre-arrest bail of the petitioners have already been rejected. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41167 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and will file regular bail application with the compromise petition and then the learned court below shall consider the regular bail application in the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties and accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous is hereby disposed of.
