JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 After some argument, Sri Prem Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Amitesh Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Shyamal Prakash, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
