3. Learned counsel for the State submits that she was taken into service on 04.02.2004 and as such she was required
Patna High Court CWJC No.17106 of 2015(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 to get her intermediate qualification by 03.02.2007 but she ultimately get the same in the month of September, 2007 which beyond three years and as such, she was rightly terminated from her service.
