====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 14 13-02-2017 The present contempt petition is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Bench on 4.12.2006 in C.W.J.C. No.1196 of 2005 whereby, a three man committee was ordered to be constituted and such committee was required to consider the individual claim of the candidates for regularization. In terms of such direction, a three man committee was constituted and the committee has considered and rejected the claim of the writ applicant for regularization. Such minutes are attached with the supplementary show cause dated 15.9.2014 filed on behalf of respondent No.3 as 1/A.

In view of the said fact, the present contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous as the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

It shall be open to the petitioner to avail his remedy
