JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. From perusal of report of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge SC/ST Cases, Saharsa dated 19.9.2020, kept at Flag B, it appears that Sessions Trial No. 47/2019 (Bakhtiarpur Police Station Case No. 258/2018) is pending for framing of charges and the next date in this regard was fixed as 25.9.2020 but due to lock down and non-presence of all the eleven accused persons at a time on the date fixed, no further steps have been taken in the case.

In view of the report of the trial court, prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 23273 of 2020(3) dt.02-11-2020 2/2 of the petitioner is rejected with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial.
